Error on setup

Error on setup

When I try to set up, specifically use yii migrate I get this error. This is on a fresh install of ubuntu 18, with the latest version of Nginx, MySQL and PHP.

It's hard to say, it looks like something was wrong with the permissions.
Did you install the project as root? Because if so, it's unnecessary, so maybe this is it.

I did install the project as root; I'll try installing it without root and see what happens.

Sorry for a late reply, @VottonDev solved the issue last night then submitted a PR so it's no longer an issue.
