Setup Docker compose

It would be really nice if this can be setup in a docker environment. I don't have time right now but here are some details:

Docker support would be awesome. Afaict we would need a custom image that installs the composer dependencies and runs the migrations. Therefore we would need a custom config that makes use of ENVs.
