Detect whether archive is in mods folder or not

It happened to me and other people that they would create the archive using the path to their .minecraft folder, not the mods folder.
So my suggestion is that pacmc should check if this is the case (maybe by checking if a server.properties or a options.txt folder exists there) and warn the user about it
