Please help! Strange PointCloud output results

Hi Jakob,
I've tried to calibrate it with a EPSON projector and Basler USB camera, calibration went ok, but result gives me really flat surface (Instead of 3D). Do you have any ideas why it could happened?
Maybe my calibration went wrong.
I used chessboard which is set with same distance to camera/projector like the object.
