Expand on the importance of publication naming

Important: when naming your publications be sure to include the collection name(s) in it. This is generally common practice and this package relies on that convention.

I don't follow this convention, so it would be helpful to explain this in more details to know how one should properly name their publications (with examples) and what happens if that is not done properly.
