View references using Sprocket

Building on #4, once the tables are loaded into SQLite we need to be able to navigate between them and view them. Note that the subset tables will have _meta columns and _conflict tables that we want to make use of, while the full tables will not.

We should also allow for multiple references to be loaded into their respective directories.
