Location and Task Type reports are almost identical (DRY)

It seems that these should be variants of a base report (based on visualisation?)

• Merge duplicate code to reduce overheads

It seems to make sense that the type of aggregation is less relevant as a criteria than the type of visualisation. Resolving this should make new report types extensible by customer.
