Smoother transition from one song in playlist to the next

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Listening to a full concert
2. When one song ends there is a gap between a song ending and the next starting
3.
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The expected output would be that as soon as a song has ended in the playlist,
the next starts immediately with no gap as the next song buffers.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
3.1 Android 4.0
