The has-scollbar class never gets removed

I noticed that the has-scrollbar class never gets removed, even if there is no active scrollbar.
Is there anyway of removing that class, when scrollbar is non-active?

That class refers to browser's scrollbar, not to nanoScroller's. Yeah, maybe it is not a very good name...
