rewrite Split DNS to something more newcomer friendly

Split DNS is currently badly written and could scare off newcomers.
Will try to rewrite that part by replacing it with "Network requirements" where I go into detail about IPv4 & IPv6, public IPv4, CG-NAT, dual stack and split DNS.
