Option for column names as header row?

I was wondering how difficult it'd be to add an option to print a header row of column names as the first row of the file. I looked over the code a bit, but my knowledge of python is sparse.

Same thoughs. Brilliant work but I wish it could add the column headers as well. Or the best would be:
One SQL file > multiple csv files with each table in one!!!! 👍
