Wifi RSSI Change event for both iOS and Android

Hi Team,

I am looking for the event to be triggered whenever there is a RSSI, Wifi Signal Strength is changed for both Xamarin android and iOS. I need to control the program on base of the signal strength and when user moves to low or high wifi area.
