Latest Windows 11 update broke ISO Mounting

In latest Windows 11 update, the Mount-DiskImage fails with error: The semaphore timeout period has expired.

This uses 3rd party tool: PowerISO to mount the ISO (It's more reliable than Mount-ISOReliable :D)
