Decompiles ThinkTanks DSO files
Based on T3D code by GarageGames, and consoleDump.cpp is borrowed from https://github.com/figment/Untorque
Many functions were written from scratch, or modified. Almost all dependencies on T3D were removed, and it was made compatible with ThinkTanks' DSO format
Also decompiles onverse scripts.
