Condor Interactive jobs not working

When trying to submit an interactive job, the following happens:

Submitting job(s).
1 job(s) submitted to cluster 3.
Could not chdir to home directory /nonexistent: No such file or directory
This account is currently not available.

This is most likely happening because the NFS containing user accounts isn't mounted yet on the workers, so the accounts don't exist there yet.
