Specifically, the package minuit is required but is not in any default channel.

There doesn't seem to be a good way to globally add more channels to Conda (or do much globally in Conda to begin with) so I will close this. The base install of Anaconda should be largely sufficient, and any missing packages can be installed on a per-user basis
