Cut down CUDA stuff

CUDA install is massive and takes a long time - cut out examples and extra stuff. Extras include:
- Documentation
- Examples
- Developer versions of tools etc
- Unnecessary libraries?

After further discussion, we have decided to leave the CUDA installation untouched; we don't know what users will require or want to use as far as docs and samples go, so it is safest just to leave it in.
