Condor tries to run interactive jobs as 'nobody' causing failures

There must be a Condor setting somewhere that needs to be set in order for it to globally recognize users across different nodes (via LDAP) so that interactive slots match up correctly.

This was due to not having the same UID_DOMAIN set on the schedd and workers. Fixed by 058df20
