Don't set the type in the constructor

I should remove those lines :

if (arguments.size() > 0)
    mType = arguments[0];

Is this ticket actionable? It seems to not have enough information and is old -- maybe we should close this one?

it should be related to the way TTMirror is working but I can't remember why this is problematic … so ok to close this
