bug: delete a thread without confirmation dialog and the popover still remain

Describe the bug
App does not show any confirmation dialog so user could delete many threads at the same time, the popover still display even, the older threads shifted to top. As a user, I thought I failed to delete the thread so I click the button again again and again. All of my threads gone

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Start many threads
2. Click on the '...' to see delete option
3. Click delete
4. See error

Expected behavior
There should be a confirmation dialog and the popover should be gone after.
