Diagnostics show bad sizes

If I use LESS with import in it, it will show me size of file without includes, so ratio is showed as more than 100%, that is bug...
I belive we should use size of file after LESS is completed (size can be smaller thanks to compression of LESS or bigger thanks to import)
Question is, is my solution correct?

Not needed anymore, webloader is deprecated anyway
