Describe the bug
Building downstream I'm seeing intermittent failures with the scaffolder-backend-module-gitlab:

@nickboldt did you managed to figure out what was happening with this?

nope, worked in https://gitlab.cee.redhat.com/rhidp/rhdh/-/jobs/18440999 so, not sure why this SOMETIMES happens (not not always).
