Describe the bug
This package fails to install, including w/ dependent projects
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
npm install "@react-hook/merged-ref"
Also, https://www.npmjs.com/package/@react-hook/merged-ref returns not found
Expected behavior
Package installs

npm version 6.9.0

Looks like npm is having availability issues
