Spacing and font size adjustment to quote formatting.

Can we please adjust the paragraph spacing following quote text to match the spacing preceding it? At present, once published, there is less spacing following than preceding. Also the quote font and line spacing is smaller than the article font. Can that be changed to either the same size or slightly larger?
