Changeable Color Palette

TWiC should present options for topic color palettes, settable via the new configuration file/command line arguments and also changeable in the interface via a dropdown menu. Possible options include the current random RGB, heatmap like gradation color scheme, or several options that are more aesthetically pleasing in that these color palettes contain compatible colors (fits a thematic, good contrast, etc.)
