wrong URL link in version file

The current link of the version file lead to 404 error. The "Versioning" directory is missing.
It should be replaced by https://raw.githubusercontent.com/jarosm/KSP-BonVoyage/master/GameData/BonVoyage/Versioning/BonVoyage.version
