Yet another issue with CSS not loading

I don't know what to do. Github reports, that there's an error on line 4 in _config.yml, but that parameter is for the title, so the issue must be somewhere deeper.
I'm using your original blog as a reference, It seems that I have everything the same ( not literally xd).
I've tried various solutions and you can see them in my forked commits, However, all of them result into css not working properly.
The thing that is strange to me is that contents of other .yml file haven't updated, but it's probably because of some compilation error from _config.yml or something

I fixed the issue with compilation/building. It was on line 13 author: Cloufish # change following line to your information Where it didn't expect any values.
But even so... The CSS is still not rendering properly
Okay nvm, it is solved, just had to wait a couple of minutes
