How do I fix "GitHub Pages failed to build your site?" Pictures attached

Hi
I followed your setup guide and read through the issues page but couldn't find a solution to the problem I'm experiencing.
This error message poped up, saying there is a problem with line 4 of my config.yml file. I tried using a title Palletoon and suburl name homepage and neither worked. I appreciate any input. Thanks.
