Move/copy Find and replace options to Survival bsModal

For now, we'll have two places on the app to conduct the find and replace routine.

I will copy and alter the reactives and functions to also be displayed in the bsModal.

Structurally it will only be one find and replace box with exact and partial match check-boxes but it a fluidRow to save space. it will also only apply to the two selected columns so a drop-down for column selection will not be used.

The find and replace options are now on the bsModal Survival window and edit the values.edit$table reactive value.
