Warning in run(timeoutMs) : seek on a gzfile connection returned an internal error

This error appears on start-up of runApp("GEO-AWS") along with the Expression profile boxplot appearing in the RStudio IDE plots pane initially and not on the app instance when launched. If you toggle between the auto-detect/Yes/No radio buttons on the app page, the graphic then appears.

This error is coming from the initial download from GEO and its file type (.gz)
