Add other markdown list types, quotes support

This plugin is really useful and well made to be able to reproduce TW default behavior in markdown tiddlers but is limited to bullet lists.

I'd love to be able to use it for other kinds of lists.

With stars (*):

*  item
  * item
*  item

With plus sign (+):

+  item
  + item
+  item

With numbered lists (1.):

1.  item
  1. item
  2. item
3. item 

With quotes (>):

> line
> line
> 
> line
