Remove list-running from Word lookup.

ProcedureHelper is a class that is used to get and return parameters to functions. Currently, a primitive may request that ProcedureHelper execute a List if a List was provided when a Word was requested. This logic should be removed from ProcedureHelper and implemented in the various primitives.

Upon reconsideration. This is not a problem. It is working as it should.
