Is this with MySQL 8?
There are a few migration issues with the new database that haven't been resolved yet.

Works fine. :)
with MySql.Data.EntityFrameworkCore (8.0.15) works fine
This now works with DotNetCore 3.1, and MySQL 8.
Hopefully all issues are now resolved.
