Can consider more factors which make the whole game more realistic

I think we could include some realistic factors in the game
e.g. More Typhoon appears because of the warm temperature
More/Less Typhoon appears because of the El Nino/La Nina effect.
... any other factors

i see that this will add more educational value into this game, which is good.

but it requires great changes to the game rules, which takes long time.

I will put it in lower rank, and focus in making the first version complete before moving to this point
