Layout broken after zoom + relaunch app

Reproduce (1)

Seems this issue occurs with multi-display environment.

  1. Zoom application window via [Window]->[Zoom] menu.
  2. Move application window to other display.
  3. Relaunch Jasper app.
  4. Move relaunched application window to other display.

Then BrowerView has unexpected frame size.

Reproduce (2)

  1. Zoom application window via [Window]->[Zoom] menu.
  2. Relaunch Jasper app.
  3. Resize window size of Jasper app.
