Allow for the configuration file to declare sandbox/production API

Simple JSON alteration, simple code alteration, small README addition,

Resolved in d356a0d. Altered README and config files in addition to the script. Sandbox and Production APIs are now easily chosen from the configuration file and the script will follow whichever one is chosen.
