We have the auto-ticketing when a transfer has been started, but we too often had to answer now how to do the transfer in the first place. We should document that in the docs and render it on the website.

@jstockwin Sure, that'd be great, thank you! I would put this into the guidelines and add a FAQ entry with a short summary and then pointing to the full how-to in the guidelines. That would make sure the guidelines continue to be the one document that everyone needs to read when considering the move.

Up to you, but perhaps this issue should be transferred to the website repository so I can close it properly from the PR?
