Currently not part of the default Mail to Ticket Automation.
However, already available for a small fee - get in touch: https://jeffreybostoen.be/
In some cases, it's nice to automatically link a caller based on the e-mail domain in their e-mail address.
For this feature, it's possible to configure which e-mail domains (multiple ones is possible) are linked to which organization.
