Feature: portal brick

A portal brick would make it possible to show reports to end-users / customers as well.

Some additional concerns:

• The visibility could perhaps be restricted with a unique user profile (preferred) or perhaps OQL.
• The data rendered in the chart should not show any info the viewer should not see.
