Update table of contents in wiki

I have started outlining the contents of the website in wiki. Everything from pages that already exist to in-progress content to wish-list content can go here as a way of tracking what is and what's missing. Please help fill this in and add links to content as it becomes available.

Are you thinking the wiki will be multi-paged or will it just be a link to the gh-page relevant to it's topic?

@DWiechert Good question. I was just intending to create an easily modifiable work-in-progress table of contents that referenced the (potential) structure and content of the site, making it easier to collaborate on what's there. I wasn't intending to add any additional content beyond that in the wiki itself.
