[Pipeline] Graph does not show multiple transitions to same link

In the case we have multiple transitions to the same link, the graph only displays one

ex:

link A
transition 1 : B1
transition 2 : B2

link B1
transition C

link B2
transition C

link C
....

We only see link B1 to C
