Plugin not load in plugins panel tt-rss 1.7.9

I add the plugins in my tt-rss plugin directory, but is no list in the plugin list.

First, thanks for your feedback.
There have been some changes in the API.
Changes have been made, seems to work with a fresh 1.7.9 install. You can checkout the branch 1.7.9.
Let me know if anyhing goes wrong.
