Add feedback for Time selection: Move contents of time selection to edit cursor (moving later items) and the Copy variant (ID's 40396 and 40397)

Aiming to add these to the key map as part of the June 2024 update, but they need to talk. I think reporting where the time selection has moved to would be enough, although it might be nice to also include feedback from cmdPaste. Probably requires some experimentation in situ to learn how much verbeage is useful.
