Free chlorine as mg/L

Would it be possible to get the chlorine level in mg/L instead?

Isn't 1 ppm the same as 1 mg/L ? You can make a template sensor or edit the sensor.py to have native_unit_of_measurement="mg/L" Does not look like HA supports switching concentration units like it does other units.
