SED problem on Mac OS 10.5.7

On Mac OS 10.5.7, you may have a problem with the SED command tool which don't substitute the tab charactere on Mac's terminal.
This problem is related here : http://forums.macosxhints.com/showthread.php?p=535447
A solution consist on install the GNU Sed tool (with find install sed for example).
