Don't group a single tab

Hi, thanks for the interesting extension.
Tab grouping takes up a lot of width, so I think it would be smarter not to group tabs if they are single.
That's an interesting take, and I'd be curious to hear what others think. I personally prefer grouping even one tab for consistent and reliable positioning of tabs, regardless of how many there are.
I'm a bit skeptical of only grouping once there is more than one. Overlapping group rules become even more complex and it makes it harder for users to see how the rules they are changing match or don't match existing tabs.
Happy to hear other points on this though. I do agree that there could be some interesting things we could add to help preserve width on the user's tab bar.
I personally think grouping a single tab helps as well. I usually find that I only set up rules for things that typically have multiple tabs
