Plug-in error when loading Anki

Describe the bug
Plug in doesn't work. Error shows up when opening Anki. No fields automatically fill up.

Specs (please complete the following information):

  • OS: [e.g. Windows 10 Pro]
  • Anki Version 2.1.26 (70784154)
  • Chinese Support Version [e.g. v0.5.3-beta]

I also use V2 Experimental Scheduler

Hi,
I have the exact same problem... if you find a solution, I would be very grateful if you could tell me.
In the guidelines to use the add on it says to tick so that the '汉字‘ is on, and I do not know where that is either.

This seems to be related to API changes in Anki - which is to say, the add-on is referencing Anki code that has been relocated or removed.

If the add-on hasn't loaded properly, the missing 汉字 button is expected behaviour.

Fixing this will be near the top of the to-do list.

I can't reproduce this with the latest add-on and Anki versions.
