Remove all Mozmill related components and repositories

Given that the Mozmill harness is dead for already a while, we should kill the Mozmill tests section, or maybe better replace it directly with Marionette.

Actually everything related to Marionette and Firefox UI tests is already covered because both Bugzilla components are under Testing. So we only have to remove the Mozmill related entries.
