I also cant tell if this is because im not using the right dump

1. Core requirements → if a user adds a course that fulfills a core requirement then deletes it, it does not readd it back to 'missing' (major requirements work)

2. Core requirements → adding moreau doesnt get rid of the moreau requirement (edge case?)

3. Electives but i'm assuming this is because of the free elective thing
