FE - change image

As a user (not admin), I expect...
- If I do not have an image, a placeholder image is displayed on my profile
- If I do have an image, it is displayed on my profile
- There is a button I can click to change my image
- When I click it, the magic image upload menu appears
- When I upload a new image, it appears on my profile
- If I refresh the page, my new image persists
